Over four years ago in September of 2007 I had the great idea of making our own Christmas cards with my then 20 month old daughter Anna. That didn't go so well as she was just too young and lacked an attention span, but I fell in love with stamping. It all started with a Christmas Tag set, whose name I don't recall, and two ink pads - Glorious Green (now retired) and Real Red. In November I had my first Workshop, I started building my my collection of stamps, inks, punches and other accessories. In February 2008, during my first Sale-a-Bration event, I took the plunge and became a Demonstrator. I wanted to stamp more, teach people how much fun and how fulfilling this hobby is and make some money at the same time!
I love having a discount for all my crafting supplies and setting my own work hours so that I can stay home with my kids (I also have 2-1/2 year old son). Now that I have nearly 15 people on my team, several stamper's groups on the go, and plenty of classes planned, I'm so glad that I decided to make Christmas cards with Anna those years ago. And you know what? She is now a fine stamper herself!
I currently live in Ottawa, Ontario with my husband, two kids and our crazy Jack Russell Terrier!
